Coquitlam

This Craftsman style home features an ICF (insulated concrete forms) foundation, built with a fully customized pre-fab panels, and solar panels. The home was completed in 10 months and landscape was finished the following season.

Burnaby

This modern west coast home was fully custom and was built to the maximum height and square footage within bylaw allowance. The home features asymmetrical features, dark walls, glass railings, large bright windows and fully landscaped with a waterfall and river. The project was completed in 12 months and on budget.

This transitional modern home features cozy wood elements and warm tones. The fully custom home features a 15 foot high family space overlooked by the main stairwell and kitchen. This home was completed in early 2023 and owners moved in early March 2023.

This is a subdivision project that will result in two large single family homes. West Coast modern and modern traditional styles to suit the new home owners to their respective tastes. The homes feature large entertainment and living areas as well as self contained suites for extended families. Currently the project is in construction with expected completion by the end of 2022.
