Convertion of the garage into an office, new cabinetry, flooring, and mechanical upgrades. Currently in construction with expected completion by winter 2022.

Interior renovation on a 100+ year old house including a full extension of the foundation walls to make a full 8’ clear height basement. Work included new mechanical and electrical systems, framing, and new city sewer and storm services. Project was successfully delivered in 11 months and owners moved in the summer of 2022.
